A 2007 Glen Elgin single malt from indie bottler Berry Bros & Rudd, finished in an ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry butt before being bottled in 2020 as part of its Winter Releases. The palate offers notes of waxy marmalade, dried fruit and sweet spices that linger in the finish.
